How can I sign up?

When: 25/09/26 - 28/09/26

SYC26 runs from the evening of Friday the 25th of September to midday on Monday the 28th of September.

Where: Wyong

SYC26 will be held at Wyong Christian Community School on the NSW Central Coast (100 Allison Road, Wyong NSW 2259)

Transport: TBA

More information to be released closer to the event. Own transport arrangements are encouraged, but we are also exploring the possibility of arranging a bus that will depart from and return to New Vine Maryland.

Accommodation: Tents

There are no cabins at this event. Bathroom and shower facilities are available on site. Attendees will need to bring their own tents and bedding (camping mattress, sleeping bag, pillow etc). If you do not have any camping gear, please get in contact and we can help arrange a tent/mattress for you to borrow.

Please Note: If your young person would like to share a tent with friends outside of their immediate family, that must be arranged in advance with written parental consent provided. We are happy to help facilitate this process as required.

Youth are not permitted to share tents with youth of the opposite gender unless they are immediate family members (i.e. a brother and sister) in a tent of their own.

DIGG leaders will be in their own tents with trained and vetted leaders from the DIGG team supervising the camp area. All of our leaders hold current verified Working With Children Checks and have completed further child safety training with New Vine Church.

Cost:

DIGG will be fundraising leading up to the event to make this event as accessible as possible for our young people. New Vine is offering subsidised tickets for the event.

Early Bird Tickets (Available until the 2nd of August): $195 per person

Standard Tickets (Available until the 31st of August): $250 per person

Sibling Discount: $20 off each ticket

This includes all food, activities and transport to/from camp from New Vine Maryland.

Please Note: Financial support is also available. We want this event to be as accessible as possible for all young people. If the above costs are a barrier, please feel free to reach out for a confidential discussion about how we can support your young people in attending.

To make payment, you can transfer directly to New Vine via direct debit with the below details. If you would prefer to pay via another method, please get in touch. If transferring, please ensure you label your transfer with ‘SYC [Child’s Name]’ to avoid any mix ups!
